The Economic Development Corp. of Utah, along with several governmental entities, will host a business roundtable for Provo/Orem businesses from 10 a.m. to noon May 26 at the Provo City Library's third-floor ballroom.
The government agencies are the state of Utah, Utah County and the cities of Provo and Orem.
A panel discussion is scheduled to help local businesses fully understand how each of the presenting organizations can benefit and enhance their efforts.
Panelists include Martin Frey, co-director of the Utah Division of Business for Economic Development; Brad Whitaker, executive director of the Commission for Economic Development in Orem; Roger Andrus, business development coordinator for Provo City; Jeff Edwards, chief executive officer of EDCU; Steve Price, assistant district director of the U.S. Small Business Administration; and Bruce Tucker, commercial committee chairman for the Utah County Association of Realtors.
