AMERICAN FORK Sento Corp., which specializes in outsourced customer support services, said Wednesday that it has selected Albuquerque for its first Spanish-language contact center.
The American Fork-based company said the decision was based on several reasons, including an incentive package of more than $4 million offered by the state of New Mexico. Albuquerque was chosen from among 33 U.S. cities that responded to Sento's request for proposals. Other finalists were Denver, Tucson and Phoenix.
Sento said it will bring up to 800 jobs to New Mexico over the next two years. The new center will be operating during the fourth quarter.
