At issue: Services to the elderly in Utah County
Mountainland Association of Governments receives about $3.5 million in state and federal funds to run its aging-services programs. Utah County government officials are petitioning the state to take over the responsibility of providing the services. If successful, they would then receive a chunk of that money.
