Find a replacement for Lance Allred. Weber State coach Joe Cravens has been busy on the recruiting trail, although he knows you just don't replace the third-leading rebounder in the nation.

Improve scoring and defensive consistency. Cravens needs his team to work diligently in the off-season at improving their overall skills if it wants to hit the ground running in November.

Maintain late-season team chemistry. If the Wildcats can carry over to 2005-06 the swagger they discovered late in the season, the Big Sky title could be within their grasp.

GOING
