Kim Smith — three-time Mountain West Conference Player of the Year led the league with 17.8 points and 9.0 rebounds per game.

Shona Thorburn — shared conference MVP honors with Smith. Topped the league with a school-record 6.72 assists per game.

Jessica Perry — contributed as a frreshman with 5.7 points and 4.0 rebounds—started the last 22 games.

Deanne Hanchett — freshman started all but two games. Averaged 6.5 points and 4.2 rebounds.
