Special Session Agenda

• Consider Utah's compliance with No Child Left Behind

• Fund veteran's nursing home

• Authorize pilot program for Drug Offenders Reform Act

• Modify how actions can be brought against health-care providers for payment

• Give cash to nonprofit legal assistance providers

• Support expansion of jails in Beaver, Millard and Sanpete counties

• Fix language in $18 million tourism bill

• Clarify property taxes in fire districts (two bills)

• Fund Salt Palace Convention Center expansion

• Change political makeup of legislative task forces

• Create new transportation fund

• Change process of adjusting municipal boundaries

• Give 4.5 percent raises to top state executives except the governor

• Fix voting equipment law
