• Camp Floyd-Stagecoach Inn and Museum

The Camp Floyd park commemorates the era of the Civil War, when the largest U.S. military encampment west of the Mississippi was established outside of the Fairfield. The Stagecoach Inn served as a way station for early Pony Express riders.

Utah Lake, the state's largest freshwater lake, is a popular fishing hole. Anglers cast lines for channel catfish, walleye, white bass and black bass. It is also home to the endangered June sucker. The park gives access to the 96,600-acre lake. Day use and camping also are available.
