TRAX service to expand for LDS general conference

The Utah Transit Authority will expand TRAX services Saturday and Sunday for LDS general conference.

On Saturday, the first northbound train will leave Sandy just after 5 a.m. Two additional trains will leave downtown at 12:36 p.m. and 4:36 p.m.

On Sunday, five trains will leave Sandy in 10-minute increments starting at 7:49 a.m. The first university line train will leave at 10:08 a.m. from the University Medical Center station.

Both days, the other TRAX trains will run on their usual 20-minute schedule.
