One mortar shell is too many

Last week, an errant avalanche-control mortar shell overshot its mark and found a Pleasant Grove home instead, causing great damage but, thankfully, no loss of life. UDOT spokesman Liam Fitzgerald said, "Of the tens of thousands of blasts done in Utah, there are extremely few incidents like this."

Extremely few? Somehow I don't find that terribly comforting. One is too many.
