HB42: Would have codified in state law prohibitions against teachers requiring students to take medication such as Ritalin for behavior problems.

HB279: Would have changed the title of licensed professional counselors. (Vetoed at the sponsor's request.)

Line items in SB3: Tweaked budget items to provide funding for Utah County road projects and eliminate a duplicate appropriation for the Cedar City Children's Justice Center.
