Put private money on Real line

Last Friday you reported four alternatives for funding the REAL stadium which Gov. Jon Huntsman favors.

I'd like to propose a fifth option.

Huntsman and a willing coalition of other private individuals who believe that Real will be successful, can personally provide the funding for the land acquisition and stadium construction. If the Real is indeed real, the rents from the usage of the stadium will pay them back and provide them with handsome profits. If Real fails, the stadium and land will have greatly appreciated in value and the willing coalition will reap a windfall.

We complain about taxes being too high. Why are they high? Because we have let government get involved in aspects of our life where government has no business.
