New Jersey-based Prudential Real Estate Investors said Thursday it has acquired three Hotel Monaco properties from the Kimpton Development Opportunity Fund on behalf of investors.
The deal includes the 225-room Hotel Monaco in Salt Lake City. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Kimpton will continue to manage all three hotels. It operates 39 hotels and restaurants in the United States and Canada.
