Survivor: Palau (7 p.m., Ch. 2): One tribe's beach is overrun with rats; a fourth contestant is voted out.

Peter Jennings Reporting (7 p.m., Ch. 4): A two-hour report on UFOs. Really.

Joey (7 p.m., Ch. 5): Christina Ricci guest stars as one of Joey's many sisters.

The O.C. (7 p.m., Ch. 13): Marissa tells Julie that she and Alex are an item; Summer prepares to go to Italy with Zach; Ryan convinces Lindsay to take the paternity test; and Sandy finds himself stranded in a motel room with Rebecca.

Will & Grace (7:30 p.m., Ch. 5): Will agrees to fire Karen's pastry chef.

CSI (8 p.m., Ch. 2): A man is crushed to death during a convention of overweight people.

The Apprentice (8 p.m., Ch. 5): The candidates compete in a corporate graffiti advertising task for a new video game.

Star Without Makeup (8 p.m., Ch. 13): Those classy folks at Fox devote an hour to looking at stars without makeup — and they call it entertainment, not paparazzi-esque stalking. Note to the folks at Fox 13 News here in Utah — hyping this crud during your newscast doesn't do much for your credibility. Gee, maybe YOU could go makeup-less on tonight's telecast.

Without a Trace (9 p.m., Ch. 2): A boy is kidnapped right in front of Martin, who can't prevent the crime.

ER (9 p.m., Ch. 5): Former series regular Sharif Atkins — who has plenty of time these days, what with his series "Hawaii" getting a quick ax last fall — returns as Gallant. He's still in Iraq, and when a girl injured in a car bombing can't get the proper care there he enlists Neela (Parminder Negra) to help get the girl to Chicago.
