Jazz fans sound off on team's woes
Emails come from variety of places worldwide
Raja Bell is another nice defensive player, except he fouls too much. But he can bust a 3-pointer five times in a row without missing. I know he can. He's a good back up.
D. If Okur lost some weight and played some defense, he could be the next Dirk Nowitzki. Okur has got to rotate better and play better defense. If he played good defense, averaged about 2-3 blocks per game, about 11 rebounds per game, and, say, 16 points per game, just imagine where the Jazz would be right now.
E. Many will tell you it is Sloan's fault. The guy knows what he is doing; he just does not have the players that play the way he wants. The only mistake he does is not letting players like Giricek play more minutes. Right when they get on fire, he takes them out. Let the players play more minutes. He should also take some advice from assistant coaches. Phil Johnson was a coach of the year at one time. Why not combine his experience with Sloan's?

Don't count on the lottery
Jazz should not aim for the lottery. Rookies have never been good under Sloan. We can argue that Jazz hasn't had a good pick number for a long time but it seems that weaker picks from other teams have turned out to be a better player than ours. Also, Arroyo trade was definitely a bad one. Detroit is a strong team and their pick would probably be a 25+.

Jazz can still recover
The medication for the Jazz, as I see it, would be as follows:
1. Better communication from the coach and staff (The "Arroyo silence treatment" will not produce a championship ever!).
2. Although he is the coach, teach Jerry Sloan that there is no "I" in team.
3. Some fresh new ideas, possibly from a new coach and staff (change is often good), like:
