Hale chosen to replace Julander as manager

Sen. Karen Hale, D-Salt Lake, has been named Senate minority caucus manager and will serve on the Legislative Management Committee. Those positions were held by former Sen. Paula Julander, who resigned for health reasons.

Julander's replacement from District 2, Sen. Scott McCoy, D-Salt Lake, will assume the other committee assignments previously held by Julander, including a spot on the Senate Health and Human Services Committee.
