We don't want a new flag that symbolizes Rocky's ideals or his lifestyle. This city has a history and a heritage that is totally different from what Rocky stands for. If he doesn't like what this city is famous for and what its residents love and respect, let him move to Las Vegas. It's unbelievable that his staff had one of the finalists in the flag design contest replace a seagull with an eagle. How arrogant.
