I chuckled when I read the article (Jan. 25) expressing wonder that Utah has been chosen to test a new carbon-containing Marlboro cigarette. Those who wonder how this choice came about only need to look at publicly available information on registered lobbyists in Utah. Therein lies the answer. It's not rocket science.
