Protestor Tyler Bugden, 18, was quoted as saying he thinks students need to have their voices heard and that we are "apathetic." I think it is fascinating that he can tell us that we are apathetic when he does not know what we feel.
Just because we do not protest or wave signs around expressing our emotions does not mean we do have have them. Those of us who support our president do not need to shout our support because we voted it. We know ourselves what we believe and do not need everyone else to know. I am "speaking out."
