The International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions has recognized Hogle Zoo's radio advertising with a Distinguished Excellence Award.
The zoo's summer radio commercial, "See 'n' Say," was honored during the Brass Ring Awards competition at the IAAPA annual trade and convention show. The competition for this international award included zoos, aquariums, amusement/theme parks and water parks from around the world.
According to Brad Parkin, Hogle Zoo's marketing manager, "This award honors originality, creativity and marketing excellence among professionals in the amusement and attractions industry. For Hogle Zoo to be recognized on an international scale like this is truly a great honor. Kudos to Richter 7, Hogle Zoo's advertising agency and their creative team who created the spot."
