President George W. Bush is to be sworn into office for his second term at noon Jan. 20 at the U.S. Capitol. In addition, from Jan. 18-21 the Presidential Inaugural Committee has tentatively scheduled several dinners and receptions, a parade, a youth concert, a fireworks display, a national prayer service and nine inaugural balls.
