Former U.S. senator and astronaut Jake Garn will be the featured speaker at Friday's "technology@breakfast" event at the Alta Club.
Garn will discuss "Preparing Utah for Mars and Beyond." He will share his space shuttle experience and talk about initiatives at ATK Thiokol, Space Dynamics Laboratory, Clark Planetarium and Hill Air Force Base to support space exploration and travel.
