12 Days of Christmas Eve (6 and 8 p.m., USA): Cute TV movie about a hard-headed businessman (Steven Weber) who takes a while to catch the Christmas spirit.

NCIS (7 p.m., Ch. 2): A Marine's wife kills an intruder, claiming he was trying to rape her.

A Charlie Brown Christmas (7 p.m., Ch. 4): This special, which first aired in 1966, is still great. (Although the padding ABC has added to expand it from 30 minutes to an hour isn't as good as the original.)

The Rebel Billionaire: Branson's Quest for the Best (7 p.m., Ch. 13): Contestants (including Utahn Shawn Nelson) have to come up with a publicity stunt for one of Branson's businesses.

Amazing Race (8 p.m., Ch. 2): The eight remaining teams race through Dakar.

House (8 p.m., Ch. 13): Dr. House is convinced that two sick newborns in the maternity ward are the start of an epidemic.

Rodney (8:30 p.m., Ch. 4): Rodney accidentally ruins a church's religious landmark.

Scrubs (8:30 p.m., Ch. 5): J.D. must address a bunch of pre-med students about what it's like to be a doctor.

Judging Amy (9 p.m., Ch. 2): Maxine has a heart attack.

NYPD Blue (9 p.m., Ch. 4): Sipowicz has a big fight with his lieutenant and gets suspended.

Law & Order: SVU (9 p.m., Ch. 5): Fin wanders into a convenience store and finds himself at the scene of a robbery.

The Five People You Meet in Heaven (9 p.m., ABC Family): The "big event" that was on ABC just two days ago comes to cable. (And ABC aired it after sweeps ended because of the success of "Desperate Housewives.")
