Monday Night Football (7 p.m., Ch. 4): Cowboys at Seahawks

Christmas with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir (7 p.m., Ch. 7): It's an all-new special (albeit one that was taped last year) that features mezzo-soprano Frederica von Stade and baritone Bryn Terfel in performance with the choir. This KUED-produced special will be seen nationally on PBS stations.

NBA (7 p.m., Ch. 14): Heat at Jazz

Everybody Loves Raymond (8 p.m., Ch. 2): Ray's romantic Christmas plans are interrupted by his family in this 1997 episode. (Repeat)

100 Most Memorable TV Moments (8 p.m., TV Land): As always, this sort of arbitrary list is open to debate, but this five-part, five-hour series (which continues through Friday) does contain some great TV memories.

Two and a Half Men (8:30 p.m., Ch. 2): Alan isn't happy that his ex-wife is dating his son's pediatrician.
