NCIS (7 p.m., Ch. 2): A Medal of Honor winner (Charles Durning) confesses to killing his friend 60 years ago at Iwo Jima.

My Wife and Kids (7 p.m., Ch. 4): Junior signs a contract with Michael's arch-enemy.

Nova (7 p.m., Ch. 7): "Ancient Refuge in the Holy Land" examines a controversial theory about the temple in Jerusalem.

The Rebel Billionaire (7 p.m., Ch. 13): The 11 remaining contestants (including Utahn Shawn Nelson) travel to South Africa.

Samantha: An American Girl Holiday (7 p.m., Ch. 30): The WB's first made-for-TV movie — based on the popular doll — is about a 9-year-old girl and seemingly aimed at 9-year-olds. It's a sweet little story about a rich girl who befriends some poor girls, but it's entirely predictable from start to finish.

Amazing Race (8 p.m., Ch. 2): The contestants (including Utahns Kristy and Lena Jensen) face some surprises.

Frontline (8 p.m., Ch. 7): A look at the "Secret History of the Credit Card."

House (8 p.m., Ch. 13): Dr. House and his team have trouble diagnosing a teen's ailment.

Veronica Mars (8 p.m., Ch. 24): Veronica is determined to discover who humiliated Meg. (And, by the way, UPN has renewed this show through the end of the season.)

Rodney (8:30 p.m., Ch. 4): Rodney's mother and Trina's father aren't getting along at Thanksgiving dinner.

Scrubs (8:30 p.m., Ch. 5): Former "Friends" star Matthew Perry not only directed this episode but guest stars as a man whose long-absent father is in desperate need of a kidney transplant. And the father is played by Perry's real-life father, John Bennett Perry.

Judging Amy (9 p.m., Ch. 2): Amy tries to help Donna with her first case as an attorney.

NYPD Blue (9 p.m., Ch. 4): Clark protects a witness.

Law & Order: SVU (9 p.m., Ch. 5): A case of sexual assault turns into he-said, she-said.
