DRAPER Residents needn't be alarmed in the next few days if they see smoke, military vehicles and apparently armed soldiers running in the streets. The Utah National Guard will be participating in a terrorism attack training exercise. Live ammunition will not be used.
"We're a little bit nervous about this, to be honest," Utah National Guard Lt. Col. Brad Blackner said. "We're trying to give (Utahns) a little bit of a heads up." Specific dates will not be announced until after it has begun because soldiers need to be ready when called, Blackner said Wednesday night.
