Thanks to all who worked so diligently campaigning against fluoridation. The proposition to eliminate it lost by a very slim margin. The 49 percent who voted "no" are independent, intelligent thinkers contrary to the childish rhetoric and name-calling from pro-fluoride activists.
When people become educated about the dangers of ingesting fluorosilicic acid they too become active in the quest to remove this toxin from our water. Utahns for Better Dental Health and other institutions that back fluoride used gross deceptions and half truths in their advertising and publications.
We will continue to educate people on this issue. We will pursue the campaign to eradicate fluoridation because we also care about good health for the young and the old.
