Robert and Peggy Sears Art Gallery (Eccles Fine Arts Center, Dixie State College) — "Exquisite Corpse, Totems and Other Symbols," featuring paintings by Gregory Abbott, and "Heavy Metal Sculpture," featuring work by Matt Clark, through Feb. 11, 2005.

Tuesday

Red Butte Garden (300 S. Wakara Way, 581-4747) — "Second Annual Glass Art at the Garden," featuring glass art by 25 members of the Glass Art Guild of Utah, through Nov. 29. Artists reception Saturday, from 2-5 p.m.

Friday

Kimball Art Center (638 Park Ave., Park City, 435-649-8882) — "William Morris: Myth, Object and the Animal," featuring glass sculptures in an installation, through Jan. 14, 2005.

Utah Museum of Fine Arts* (University of Utah, South Campus Drive, 581-7332) — "The University of Utah Art Faculty Exhibition," featuring painting, sculpture, prints, photography and graphic design by the faculty, through Dec. 17.

16th Street Gallery (1299 E. 4500 South, 263-1460) — Artwork by gallery regulars: Robert Call, G. Russell Case, Norma Forsberg, Wallace Lee, Elva Malin, Ian Ramsey, Steve Songer and more. Also, pottery by K. Rassmusen.

Art Access* (339 W. Pierpont, 328-0703) — "Eightysomething III," featuring art by eight artists over 80: Dorothy Bearnson, Gaell Lindstrom, Marion Nelson, Dennis Papworth, Frank Riggs, Theodore Wassmer, Blanche Wilson and Francis Zimbeaux, through Nov. 12.

Bingham Gallery (1074 E. 2100 South, 832-9220) — Specializes in artwork by American artists of the past 100 years, with special emphasis on Maynard Dixon. Also seen are Claude Buck, Stuart Davis, Severin Roesen and Robert Henri.
