Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Utah reported statewide sales of $705 million for the third quarter of 2004, a 1.3 percent increase over sales posted during the same quarter last year.
The firm also announced it has formed a Hispanic Advisory Council to assist Hispanic buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. The council will sponsor community events and host home-buying seminars at various locations along the Wasatch Front.
