Curtis Martin, Jets, passed Jim Brown for seventh place on the NFL career rushing list. He had 70 yards on 20 carries and now has 12,382 yards compared to Brown's 12,312. ... The eight rushing touchdowns by Kansas City against Atlanta was an NFL record. The Chiefs also had a team record 36 first downs and 540 total yards against Atlanta. ... RB Ahman Green, set a Packers record with his 27th 100-yard game, breaking Jim Taylor's mark.

WR Randy Moss left Minnesota's win over Tennessee after aggravating his strained hamstring, ending streaks of 101 straight games with a reception and 10 consecutive games with a touchdown catch. ... The Giants have lost four straight, eight of nine and 13 of 16 after byes since the NFL started giving teams weeks off in 1990. ...
