Monday Night Football (7 p.m., Ch. 4): Broncos at Bengals
Gubernatorial debate (7 p.m., Ch. 5): I can't resist noting that KSL's local telecast of Jon Huntsman Jr. vs. Scott Matheson Jr. is pre-empting NBC's regularly scheduled episode of "Fear Factor." And not just any episode, but a Halloween-themed, "all-gross" show. See, politics can be a good thing.
The Swan (7 p.m., Ch. 13): A second season of one of TV's worst "reality" shows begins, and I couldn't be less interested. For one thing, the premise that one can find happiness and fulfillment through plastic surgery is grotesque. But even it were a great idea, "The Swan" is so badly edited and amateurishly produced it's unwatchable. I mean, among other things, it's obvious the contestants have been coached on how to react. And tonight's episode is TWO HOURS LONG! Gee, I'd rather stick needles in my eyes.
7th Heaven (7 p.m., Ch. 30): A young woman (guest star Martha Plimpton) is under the impression that Martin is a rookie cop, and she quickly expresses interest in him.
Sports Illustrated at 50 (7 p.m., ESPN; 11 p.m., ESPN2): The magazine celebrates half a century by looking back.
Listen Up (7:30 p.m., Ch. 2): OK, I really don't believe in the "Seinfeld Curse." But that doesn't change the fact that this Jason Alexander sitcom didn't start out great and has gone down hill fast since then.
Radio Music Awards (8 p.m., Ch. 5): Nominees include Beyonce, Usher, Matchbox Twenty, Tim McGraw, Shania Twain, Chingy, Outkast, 3 Doors Down, Celine Dion and Toby Keith. Oh, and Miss Super Bowl Halftime 2004, Janet Jackson, receives the Radio Legend Award.
Everwood (8 p.m., Ch. 30): Andy and Harold are worried about Ephram and Amy's future.
Two and a Half Men (8:30 p.m., Ch. 2): Alan fears he has a hidden dark side.
CSI: Miami (9 p.m., Ch. 2): The wife of a famous Miami baseball player is found murdered in her home and her philandering husband is the prime suspect.
