On TV and cable: Both KSL-TV Ch. 5 and KSL radio (AM-1160) will carry the Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. sessions live. KBYU radio (FM-89.1 and FM-89.5 in Utah County) will also carry live conference broadcasts.
In addition, BYU television and radio on the DISH Network will also air the four conference sessions live. C-band on Galaxy 13 satellite, transponder 14, will carry live sessions, too. On the Web: General Conference can be heard through home computers with a Web link that will be available on www.lds.org However, the live broadcast will be available audio only in order to handle the largest audience possible. Video streams will be available in the archives following the conference.
On radio: KBYU-TV Ch. 11 and KSL radio will also offer delayed broadcasts of conference.
Translations: Live Spanish translation will be broadcast on KSVN-TV (Ch. 49 and cable channel 66), as well as on KSVN radio (AM-730). Conference sessions will also be translated into 70 languages and transmitted via satellite to church meeting houses throughout the world.
Attending sessions: Tickets are required for entrance to all five sessions in the Conference Center, which seats 21,000 people. Distribution of tickets to church members was under the direction of local church leaders.
The Conference Center will open 90 minutes prior to each session and all ticket holders should be in their seats 30 minutes prior to each session. All persons, age 8 and older, will be admitted with a ticket. Metal detectors and bag checks will be performed at all entrances to the Conference Center.
Cameras, redoing devices, weapons, food, large backpacks and packages are not allowed in the Conference Center.
Overflow seating will be available in the Joseph Smith Memorial Building and in the Tabernacle. Spanish translation of the conference proceedings will be available in the Assembly Hall. Tickets are not required for overflow seating.
Those attending Conference attenders should avoid parking in the front of homes in downtown residential areas. Additional TRAX will be added for Conference.
