The numbers: The lanky 6-foot-4 quarterback has thrown 12 touchdown passes and for more than 1,000 yards in five games. In the Lions big Region 6 opening win at Provo last week, Francom tossed four touchdowns and racked up 180 yards through the air. "Blake is a quiet leader, who takes care of business on the football field," coach Colby Knight said. "Blake's abilities have allowed us to pass more this season. You won't see many 6-foot-4 quarterbacks who can run the option as well as he does."

Jana Davis

Provo Bulldogs

Sport: Soccer

Class: Senior

Position: Forward

The numbers: Davis has scored more than 100 goals in her career at Provo High. She has scored a goal in 13 of Provo's 14 games this season and a goal in nine straight contests. For the season Davis has booted in a mind-boggling 28 goals. Twice she has scored six goals in a game this season, and she also has games of four goals and a hat trick. Davis scored the game winning goal in a recent 2-1 win over American Fork and also posted a goal in last week's big 2-1 upset win over Region 6 leader Springville.
