Phillips Edison to purchase, expand Idaho shopping mall

SHELLEY, Idaho (AP) — A commercial development company has bought and plans to expand a Shelley shopping mall.

Phillips Edison and Co. has purchased Shelley Station. The company says it plans to expand the space of the largest tenant and will also build new shop space at the center.

The company, with offices in Cincinnati, Baltimore and Salt Lake City, already owns 80 retail properties in 21 states.
