I want to express my thanks to those who believed in me. When I received the title of Mrs. Utah, I went on the quest for sponsors. Some companies could not sponsor me, but those who did made it possible for me to compete in the international level for Mrs. Intercontinental. The pageant was held in the East Caribbean. It was a wonderful experience. I had the opportunity to meet many people and tell them all about Utah. I was constantly being watched by others and knew I was representing our great state. The most rewarding thing was when they crowned me as Mrs. Intercontinental.
Another success story where the underdog wins. I guess it paid off. And now I would like to express my thanks again to all those who believed in me. Thanks again Utah, for all the support.
