DRAPER NextPage Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to sell its publishing applications business unit to Norway-based filter technology company Fast Search & Transfer.
Terms were not disclosed.
The deal involves the unit's technology, product lines and more than 500 customers and partners.
Not included is NextPage's document management service called Chrome, which tracks versions of documents across e-mail, servers and hard drives either online or offline. NextPage has more than 50 customers piloting Chrome and anticipates launching it later this year.
