• Expand Provo's University Avenue from 500 North to University Parkway by restriping to six lanes.

• Replace the railroad viaduct and widen Provo's University Avenue to six lanes from 900 South to 500 South.

• Expand State Street from Pleasant Grove Boulevard to American Fork's 100 East to six lanes.

• Expand Provo's Center Street from I-15 to 500 West to six lanes.

• Expand Orem's 800 North from I-15 to University Avenue to six lanes.

• Expand U.S. 6 from U.S. 89 in Spanish Fork to the U.S. 89 Thistle exit to six lanes.

• Expand U-198 from Spanish Fork Arrowhead Trail to Elk Ridge Drive to four lanes.

• Improve Geneva Road from Provo's Center Street to Orem 1600 North by building new railroad bridges and widening to four lanes.

• Expand Santaquin's Main Street from I-15 to the Summit Ridge Parkway to four lanes.

• Improve Springville's 400 South from 2500 West to Main Street with a new railroad bridge and widening to four lanes.

• Expand Payson Main Street from I-15 to 100 North to four lanes.

• Expand U-73 from Redwood Road to Eagle Mountain Boulevard to four lanes.

• Expand Springville 1400 North from I-15 to Main Street to four lanes.

• Expand Redwood Road from U-73 to the current south city limits of Saratoga Springs to four lanes.

• Expand Orem's 800 North from I-15 to Geneva Road to four lanes.

• Expand Provo's Center Street from I-15 to Geneva Road to four lanes.
