• Zions Bank recently announced three staff changes. Kerry Newman was named assistant vice president and manager of the bank's Old Mill branch. Newman has more than 19 years of banking experience, including management, private banking and branch sales. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University. Laurie Eulberg was promoted to private banking relationship manager, headquartered in the commercial banking division in Salt Lake City. Eulberg has more than 20 years of banking experience. Cory Gardiner was promoted to branch manager of the bank's East Mill Creek branch. Gardiner is a graduate of Hawaii Pacific University and Cameron University.

Annette Haring has joined Registered Physical Therapists Inc. Haring is a graduate of BYU and Texas Tech University of Health Sciences. Haring has specific education in physical therapy treatment for women, including pre- and post-partum care, low back pain and sacroiliac joint dysfunction. She will be based in RPT's Sandy location.

• The Utah Information Technology Association announced five new members of its board of trustees. The new trustees are Richard Brown, dean of the college of engineering at the University of Utah; Jerry Fenn, Utah president of Qwest Communications; Rich E. Kendell, commissioner of higher education for the state of Utah; Eric Olafson, president and chief executive officer of Tomax Corp.; and Weston W. Swenson, president and CEO of Forum Systems Inc.

• Irwin Union Bank and Trust Co. has named Melanie Engen cash management representative for the bank's Salt Lake market. Engen, a BYU graduate, has 13 years of sales and banking experience. At Irwin, she will will help commercial clients with their financial services needs.

Peter Donaldson has joined the Salt Lake office of Snell & Wilmer. His practice is concentrated in commercial litigation. Donaldson is a graduate of the U. College of Law, where he was a William H. Leary Scholar.

Dr. Douglas Hasbrouck was named assistant director of medical services for Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Utah. He will be responsible for the overall development and implementation of medical activities for the organization. Hasbrouck has more than 21 years of experience as a practicing physician and health care executive. He earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota and completed his residency at the U.
