16. Griping and complaining about a Democratic president provides a reason for LaVarr's presence on this column.
17. When a Democrat occupies the White House, the nation is guaranteed peace, prosperity and hope.
Webb: Why the good people of Utah should (must!) vote (overwhelmingly!) for George Bush and Richard Cheney:
1. John Kerry doesn't have a clue about Western issues. He will wage a Jimmy Carter-like war on the West, viewing it as one big environmental playground.
2. Teresa Heinz Kerry.
3. Bush saved us from Bill Clinton's disastrous "irrational exuberance" economy that was collapsing like a house of cards just as Bush took office. It's taken three years, but Bush has built an economy with a real foundation.
4. Kerry, staying in touch with his haughty, "girlie-man," metrosexual side, assures us he will wage a "more sensitive" war against terrorism.
5. Cheney can fight terrorists better than Edwards can sue them.
7. Teresa Heinz Kerry
8. Kerry spent four months in Vietnam, 30 years as a war protester (with lots of flip-flops in between).
9 Bush saved us from Clinton's disastrous intelligence and foreign policies that ignored the mounting terrorism threat, culminating in the horror of 9/11 only eight months after Bush took office.
10. The Bush-lite Democratic National Convention.
11. Michael Moore supports Kerry.
12. Bush is a straight shooter with guts. Instead of waiting for another terrorist strike, he took the war on terror to the terrorists, destroyed the Taliban, captured Saddam Hussein, and let the world know America means what it says.
13. Kerry not only speaks French, he looks, acts and smells French.
14. Terrorists want Bush to lose.
15. Kerry accomplished little in his long Senate career, except voting to raise taxes 350 times.
16. Teresa Heinz Kerry.
17. No Botox.
18. I voted for the $87 billion before I voted against it.
19. Frank supports Kerry.
