OREM Police say a known peeping Tom was arrested on Tuesday night while he was trying to get an eyeful at the Remington apartment complex at 1200 S. 500 West.
After hearing noises, a woman saw a man looking through the bedroom window, Orem Police Lt. Doug Edwards said in a statement. The woman called the police. The man began running away when police appeared on the scene.
Police arrested a 31-year-old Murray resident, who they say admitted he was at the apartment complex to spy on naked women.
He was booked into Utah County Jail and released less than three hours later on $2,455 bail. He has a history of arrests for lewdness and window peeking, Edwards said.
