The mother of a toddler found dead in a car near a Grand County rest area early this year has been bound over for trial.
Seventh District Judge Lyle R. Anderson found probable cause last week to try Wendy Bullock, 29, Salt Lake City, on a first-degree felony murder charge.
The child was found unresponsive in Bullock's vehicle by a motorist who stopped to help Bullock on Jan. 2. The car was stopped at an I-70 rest area near Thompson Springs, and the motorist who stopped to help said Bullock was injured, apparently from self-inflicted razor blade cuts.
Bullock's trial will begin Sept. 29 in Moab.
