PARK CITY Seventh-grader Nicco Quinones, who attends Colby School in Park City, is nationwide grand prize winner in C-SPAN's 2004 "Campaign Cam" competition.
Quinones' video, on immigrant workers, beat out not only other middle school students but entries from high school students as well. The video, "An American Dream," will air at 8 a.m. today during a two-hour program featuring winning videos. C-SPAN is carried in the Park City and Salt Lake area on Comcast Cable channel 18.
Quinones will receive a $5,000 cash prize.
