Region 3: Bingham, Copper Hills, Hunter, Kearns, Riverton, West Jordan. Region 4: American Fork, Lone Peak, Mountain View, Pleasant Grove, Spanish Fork, Timpanogos.

4A (21 schools)

Region 5: Bonneville, Bountiful, Box Elder, Mountain Crest, Roy, Sky View, Woods Cross. Region 6: Cottonwood, Cyprus, East, Granger, Highland, Murray, Olympus, West. Region 7: Lehi, Orem, Payson, Provo, Springville, Timpview.
