Well, Kennecott/Rio Tinto got another break from the government when the Utah Transit Authority shifted the cost of a new TRAX line to their "Toxic Waste" Daybreak development by having an employee on the transit board.
Kennecott already gets a tremendous break on property taxes; now we get to pay for their special TRAX line.
This is another case of Kennecott profiting by having citizens pay their bills.
