'The Apprentice' winner writing a business book

Bill Rancic, winner of Donald Trump's NBC hit reality show, "The Apprentice," is writing a book about his philosophy of business success.

Tentatively titled "You're Hired: How to Succeed in Business and Life From the Winner of 'The Apprentice,' " the book will be published this fall by HarperBusiness, an imprint of HarperCollins Publishers. The publisher made the announcement Friday.

"The American dream is still alive and well, and nice guys can finish first," Rancic said in a statement. "I hope that this book will inspire others to have courage, pursue dreams and convert risk into success."
