OREM Web analytics company Omniture Inc. will close today on a $14.5 million round of venture capital funding.
The funding round was led by San Francisco-based Hummer Winblad Venture Partners. Mark Gorenberg, a partner at Hummer Winblad, will join Omniture's board of directors.
Omniture develops and markets SiteCatalyst, an enterprise-level Web analytics tool used by online marketers to monitor visitor and commerce activity.
Omniture said it will use the funding to accelerate training and technology development and sales and marketing efforts, plus support infrastructure investment.
The company has been growing for 12 consecutive quarters and has been profitable for six straight quarters.
