Detectives seized a revolver, ammunition, an e-mail, a prescription bottle, two purses, a passport and other items from the Holladay condo where a man was shot and killed April 16, new court documents state.
A search warrant affidavit filed Tuesday in 3rd District Court states Michael V. Peacock, 52, was shot once in the torso. He was dead when paramedics arrived at the condo, near 2200 East and 4100 South. His wife, Becky Peacock, was gone and detectives obtained the search warrant in part to access financial records to track the woman.
Becky Peacock turned herself in to police in Farmington, N.M., about 12 hours later and has been charged with murder. She has not returned to Utah, Salt Lake County Sheriff's Sgt. Rosie Rivera said Tuesday evening.
