OREM Senforce Technologies Inc. said Tuesday it has closed $12.4 million in financing in the company's largest-ever investment round.
The round was led by Salt Lake-based vSpring Capital and California-based Thomas Weisel Venture Partners and included a syndicate of new investor American River Ventures, based in California, and current Senforce investors Rocket Ventures, also based in California, and EsNet Group of Provo.
Privately held Senforce said the syndicate's investment will be used to support operations, grow sales and marketing efforts in both the federal government and enterprise markets and to fund ongoing development of existing and new mobile and wireless endpoint security products.
