Funeral and donation information

Summary

To attend the funeral: The funeral is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. today in the Tabernacle. Doors will open at 9:30 a.m. Those wishing to attend should be in their seats by 10:30. Overflow seating will be in the Assembly Hall, the North Visitors Center on Temple Square and in the Joseph Smith Memorial Building.

On TV: The service will be broadcast on KSL-TV Channel 5, KSL radio 1160, KBYU and BYU-TV and also to LDS meetinghouses on the church satellite system. Prior to the service, KSL-TV will rebroadcast at 10:30 a.m. today, "A Conversation with Sister Marjorie Hinckley."

Donations: In lieu of flowers, the Hinckley family has requested that donations be made to the Perpetual Education Fund or to the Marjorie Pay Hinckley Chair in Social Work and Social Sciences at Brigham Young University.
