Salt Lake-based STSN, a provider of broadband services to the hospitality industry, said Thursday it has acquired MyCall, a Netherlands-based provider of high-speed Internet access to hotels across Europe.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The move increases the availability of STSN's iBahn wireless connectivity to key venue partners throughout Europe, STSN said. With the acquisition, STSN's broadband services will be available in about 1,000 partner hotels in Europe.
STSN also acquires MyCall's sales force and technical staff, doubling its number of European-based employees in the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Spain.
