Donna Spangler's story about the Moab couple fighting to keep OHVs off their land reveals an irony that many citizens refuse to acknowledge: Private property rights are only situational. It is admirable that the Red Rock 4-Wheelers have elected to leave the Miller/Rzeczycki land off their list of trails, but it is shameful that the San Juan County sheriff won't uphold private property rights.
